It's an exciting future for magazines. As the technology gets better, so does the publishing. Today's digital magazines are not just text and pictures; they integrate multimedia platforms from which the audience gathers information through cutting-edge designs, incredible photography, interactive graphics, and progressive content.

Abandoned in the Manitoban Wilderness

Hello again!

How exciting to be writing my first blog as an Editorial Assistant, instead of an Intern. It's been a fun couple months here at Lethbridge living, adjusting to life in the working world. I've moved into an actual office, with my very own desk and chair, and I don't have any homework. All in all, I'd say no longer being a full-time student is growing on me.

Sharpies, Nuggets, and Luck.

Between my practicum, college classes, winter's attempt at a comeback, and my struggling attempt at a social life, the last few months have been crazy.

Despite a day planner that looks like it hosted a drunken Sharpie party, I had just enough time to squeeze in the completion of my second article for Lethbridge living, and attend the AMPA conference in Calgary.

With convocation right around the corner, I like to think of myself of a grown-up. However, after conducting the interview for my May/June¬ article, I realized my notebook of choice was clad with Pucca cartoons.
